Murals

“The mural projects began in 1994 and grew into a successful venture for my art. It is satisfying to share my work in public spaces. Often the mural reaches the masses faster than a work on canvas. I have done many of the wall paintings locally, but others reach from Chicago to Miami. Many of these large scale works showcase my style and eventually become part of the institution. The private murals are more intimate and personal. As the projects got larger, I took on assistants. My daughter, Marlee, being one of them. Now she has begun doing her own murals here in town as well. She continues the tradition.”
